On and off I lived alone for about ten years and became quite a good cook. One thing I did a lot of was wocking (I used Wocking with Yan), I got so I would put in almost anything and what came out was always a surprise. One gets to sense what is best and then experiment. It is healthy and always interesting. Left overs were never a problem. I shall look for your book. Oveer the years I tried every type of cooking. baking, roasting and even a soufle in a large frying pan. It worked… fun! I also clean as I go so there is little mess at the end. Den Meek

This is the book I have been waiting for! I cook for myself and my husband and need a little pazaaz back in the cooking schedule…you offer it. I am getting this book for several friends who have lost their husbands recently. Thank you for such an inspiring book!
